I returned $500 to Compass Bank after they made a mistake.The Compass Bank reward: -$6.00

Compass Bank charged the $6 research fee after I told them that they credited me with $700 instead of a $200 cash deposit. The reward for my honesty and return of the $500 was the $6 "research fee." When I called about the fee, I was told that the fee was appropriate because I ordered research.
Compass Bank did NOT reverse the charge!
